Where do we deliver?

We have three delivery areas and cost is calculated from distance to our studio in Upper Tenthill. Please make sure you select the correct Town/City to ensure the correct delivery charge is calculated.

  • Area 1 doesn’t incur any delivery fee – delivery is free. This is within a 30min radius of our studio.
  • Area 2 incurs a $5 delivery fee. This is outside of 30min and within 40min radius of our studio.
  • Area 3 incurs a $10 delivery fee. This is outside of 45min and within 55mins radius of our studio.

We made the decision to break our delivery area into three areas due to delivery costs and time. As all posys are hand delivered by our team, we hope you understand this change and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The delivery charge is automatically calculated at checkout and works off Google Maps co-ordinations. If you are unsure or feel the delivery charge has been calculated incorrectly, please email us at and we will look into this for you.

The area I want you to deliver to isn’t listed! What do I do?

Do not pick another town/city close by! Please send us an email to telling us the area you want us to deliver to.  We may be able to deliver or we may not be able to deliver. It depends on the proximity to our location. This allows us to keep our costs and prices low.

How does this work?

Early each Friday morning, we source our flowers from the Flower Market and local growers. We create a small posy and post a photo on our website, facebook page and Instagram account to show you what we have to offer for the day. A limited number of posys are made for the day, so pre-orders are essential to make sure you don’t miss out!

Can I choose my flowers?

No – this differentiates us from traditional florists and enables us to create inexpensive posys for you. We can guarantee each posy will be gorgeous, is created with love and is sure to make you smile.

What are your trading hours?

At the moment, we are creating posies on Fridays only. We aim to post a photo of the daily posy by 8.30am. We can deliver custom orders throughout the week, as well as succulents and Kokedamas. Emails, messages and phone calls are responded to daily during the week. Please note, we currently do not operate on weekends, public holidays or during Christmas – New Year. If you require a custom order during this time, please email us at and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can I order in advance?

You certainly can, and we encourage it! Why? It gives us a better idea for supply and demand to make sure no one misses out. Head over to Pre-Order to do this!

Can I add a message to the recipient?

Of course! Please include your message in the bottom part of the order form to do this. If you want your recipient to know who it is from, please add your name at the bottom of the message. We won’t automatically do this, as some posy senders prefer to keep this anonymous.

What is a posy subscription?

We offer weekly, fortnightly and monthly subscriptions. Please see the subscriptions page for pricing and more information or contact us via email
If your subscription is due to be delivered on a public holidays or over the Christmas period, we will resume deliveries on the next trading day. If you aren’t sure, please don’t hesitate to contact us. If you will be away at any time during your subscription, just send us an email via to advise us and we can put your subscription on hold during this time.

Do you cater for events and functions?

Of course! We are always happy to quote all functions and events, including weddings. Please send us an email at if you’d like to know what we can do for you.

What payment options do you have?

You can place an order through our website, which operates securely through Stripe. We can also do Direct Debit.

What time will my flowers arrive, can I have them before a certain time?

All deliveries will take place in the afternoon. It is essential we travel the most direct and orderly route to keep our costs down. You may request a time in the ‘Additional Notes’, however we cannot guarantee we will be able to deliver at this time.

What if the recipient leaves work early?

Think of the surprise they will get the next day! We will still try our best to leave the posy for the recipient, as a re-delivery charge of $10 will apply for next day delivery.

What if they’re not home when the flowers are delivered?

The posy will be left in a jar of water, in the shade waiting for the recipient to get home. They will be so surprised!

What if the flowers cannot be delivered on the day?

Please note, we cannot climb fences, run past dogs or break in through windows. If we are unable to deliver due to locked gates, guard dogs, or any other issues the posy will be returned to our studio. We will contact you in this case to see if you’d like us to re-deliver at another time. A re-delivery fee of $10 will apply in this instance, to cover the cost of additional travel for the same posy. If a new posy is required, a new order will need to be placed. We are unable to give refunds in this event.

Do you deliver on the weekend?

As a general rule, no. However we like to help our customers wherever possible! Please contact us via email at to let us know if you need a custom order delivered on the weekend and we will do our best. Please be aware, due to our location and size sometimes this isn’t possible.

I’ve added the wrong shipping address! What do I do?!

Step one, Breath! Step two, send us an email to and we will re-direct your posy delivery where possible. Sometimes this may not be possible, so please triple check your order form before hitting complete.
